Blood glucose meter permanent maintenance details:

  1. The maintenance service only applies to mechanical failures of the blood glucose meter, and does not apply to damage to the body shell, blood collection pen, blood glucose test strips and other accessories.
  2. If the blood glucose meter is damaged or fails under normal use, the company will provide free product repair or replacement.
  3. Free maintenance does not apply to cases of man-made damage.
  4. Damage caused by improper use or storage, such as falling to the ground, unauthorized removal of parts, self-repair, water entering the machine, using inappropriate batteries or battery leakage, etc. are not included in the warranty scope.
  5. If the blood glucose meter used by the customer has been discontinued, the company reserves the right to provide customers with other models of blood glucose meters.
  6. The warranty service is only applicable to blood glucose meters purchased by Hong Kong and Macau agents or distributors authorized by Hong Kong companies. All parallel imported (parallel imports) or blood glucose meters purchased in other countries are not eligible for free maintenance and repair services.
  7. In the event of any dispute, Roche Diagnostics (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
