Download and set up the mySugr app

The mySugr app uses data from your sensor to monitor your glucose. The sensor only works with the mySugr app. Please complete the steps below before you apply the sensor.

Here’s how to download and set up the mySugr app

Download the mySugr app

Go to the Google Play or App Store to download the mySugr app.

How to Set up your account in the mySugr app

1. After you download the mySugr app from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store,  you can set up your account.

2. Create an account by filling in your personal information. Set a unique password and read and accept the mandatory consents, General Terms & Conditions.

Welcome to your new account!

You can now log in to your account with the credentials you just created.

Personalize your mySugr app

1. Click on Start to begin with the Onboarding

2. Select your diabetes type and  insulin therapy if applicable.

3. Choose your glucose ranges. Choose the units you use. Both glucose ranges  and carb units have to be selected to continue.

4. Select the  Accu-Chek Smart Guide CGM.

5. You can now connect your Accu-Chek SmartGuide to mySugr.

Congratulations! You are done!

    After you’ve set up the app, you’ll need to apply and pair your CGM sensor via the mySugr app. Until then, you will see an empty graph on the Home screen. Don't worry, this will update after you've applied the sensor and the 1-hour warm-up period is complete.
