1. 使用新一筒試紙前，須先把試紙內密碼牌取出。請於關機狀態下，把密碼牌插入血糖機背面的密碼牌插槽。
2. 把試紙插入血糖機，血糖機即自動開啟。
3. 顯示屏會出現三位數字密碼，此密碼必須與試紙筒上的密碼相符。
4. 預備適量血滴，請用採血針於手指的旁側採血。
5. 當顯示屏出現試紙符號及閃爍的滴血符號時，把血滴緊貼於弧線形試紙邊緣，血液便會自動被“索”入黃色窗口內，直至血液完全填滿整個黃色窗口，測試會自動進行。
6. 測試結果於26秒後與時間和日期同時顯示並自動儲存。
